In vitro selection of a DNAzyme with three modified nucleotides

Abstract
Three modified nucleosides have been used in the in vitro selection of the self-cleaving DNAzyme 9-33. This DNAzyme operates in the absence of divalent metal cations with a first-order constant of
0.05 min–1.
